The 'floor' solution for minimal windows creates a completely flush, recessed and invisible base solution for the minimal windows sliding door system. The sliding rails within the base of the sliding door can be covered with natural stone, marble or wood materials to allow the threshold of the sliding door to merge into the building finishes. The 'floor' base option is available with the minimal windows 4+ sliding door system which offers a slimline 26mm vertical interlock between each sliding glass unit which can be specified up to sizes of 12m2 (and over for special projects). This oversized sliding door system boasts high levels of performance even with its minimal design with Uw values from 0.7 W/m2K and hurricane weather testing for highly exposed areas.
